Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales/Speech IVR/ Speech Analytics)
Responsibilities
  • working with clients and partners as contact reference for all technical aspects of SPitch products and solutions
  • elaborating technical and feature requirements of the target use-case with customer/partner for speech-enabled applications
  • working with the Sales Managers and the Professional Services team to develop work estimates and High-Level Solution description for tailored speech applications and technology integration based on preliminary requirements
  • providing technical content to sales proposals
  • product demos support and presentation to customers / partners
  • technical support case qualification and providing technical support locally
  • assist with Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote, tender responses
  • presentation assistance - research customers, track down and document existing systems, organize info etc.
  • providing customers with technical training and workshops
  • providing feedback to the Product Management and R&D organizations on the technical requirements in the market and application ideas.
Skills / Preferred experience
  • knowledge in the area of PBX systems (Avaya, Genesys, Cisco and other) is required
  • familiarity with artificial intelligence, natural language processing is a plus

Required Skills
  • a proven track record of relevant industry experience (Speech Technology, Call Centres, Customer Experience)
  • at least 3 years of engineering experience and approved certificate with one of top PBXs brands (Avaya, Genesys, Cisco)
  • experience using Unix/Linux
  • ability to work on system integration requirements
  • interest in automated speech recognition applications
  • technical management & customer facing experience and skills
  • familiarity with web and mobile application technology and architecture (standards, platforms, processes, etc.)
  • eager and able to work in a multicultural environment
  • very good communicator
  • fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • a self-disciplined and self-motivated individual, able to work in a team with a minimum of direct supervision
  • ready and able to travel (mostly in Germany, occasionally Switzerland)

Deployment & Support Engineer – Speech Solutions, IPT and Network
Responsibilities
  • Deployment of our Linux based and applications within customer environments at customer’s premises or hosted in the cloud
  • Develop and maintain technical project documentation (HLD / LLD)
  • Writing of scripts in Python
  • Writing project specific deployment tests
  • Data processing and preparation, jointly with data annotation team members
  • 1st and 2nd level support interfacing in house R&D, located at the same office in Zurich
  • Support integration with IP telephony and other IT Systems i.e. CRMs
  • Support customers and partners with testing and installations
  • Ensure system stability through technical maintenance and upgrade, bug fixes, improvements
  • Incident, problem, change and capacity management for the deployed applications
Requirements
  • 2-5 years or more IT, IVR and PBX VoIP & SIP technical background
  • Proven track record in deployment and support work in a customer facing team
  • Experience using Unix/Linux and in programming i.e. python
  • Systems administration and partner / customer technical tier 2 support experience
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal. French or Italian is a plus
  • IVR and Telephony knowledge is an advantage
  • Technical part project coordination and consulting skills will help
  • Ability to work autonomously in a geographically distributed international team
  • Ability and willingness to travel in Switzerland and occasionally Central Europe
  • Self-motivated and able to come up with new ideas
