By this Privacy Policy, SPitch highlights how it uses the data left behind when you visit our website.


When you visit one of our websites ( / / and when you enter data about yourself in a contact form, you agree to your data being processed in the way described below.

SPitch is committed to your privacy.  Your data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law, except in cases in which it is subject to the data protection provisions of other companies such as Facebook Inc., Twitter Inc., LinkedIn Corporation, Google Inc.,etc.

Recorded data

When you visit our websites general, non-personal data is being recorded and stored by us. The following data in particular is saved in log files when you access our websites:

  • General information on your surfing behavior, such as whether or not you click on advertising banners or download files

This data provides the basis for anonymous analyses and may be evaluated for marketing purposes. It is handled confidentially and not passed on to any third parties. However, the following conditions apply where data is collected and analyzed using cookies.

To collect usage data automatically when you visit one of our websites, SPitch uses the services of Google Analytics and Yandex (users counter), Liveinternet (users counter), Linked In (relink), Facebook (relink), Twitter (relink), 1C Bitrix (CMS). In this way, SPitch finds out how its web service are being used, and learns about users' surfing behavior.

Confidential personal data that you send to SPitch via the forms on the website is transmitted in encrypted form using the latest technology and cannot be viewed by third parties.


The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter information on our forms, we follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We use active content, including HTML/CSS, Java Script and Java that is not run until a user is actually visiting the site. It expands the content of the static websites. If you do not wish to see this active content, you can deactivate it via your browser, however, this may make it difficult or even impossible to use our sites.

Social plugins from third-party providers

Social plugins are functions and/or buttons for social media platforms that are integrated into our websites: Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. By activating these functions or pressing these buttons, you pass your data on to these external providers. SPitch data protection provisions thus no longer apply to the way your data is processed by these third parties. Content from external providers is integrated into our websites to improve your surfing experience and for statistical, market research and advertising purposes. These external providers use cookies to manage their services. Cookies are therefore installed on your computer's hard drive when you visit our websites.

Although only anonymous data is collected and processed, you can still use our website without cookies by deactivating them in your browser. You can also set an opt-out cookie for each external provider. 

Detailed information about how third-party providers process your data can be found in the relevant data protection notices (Facebook; Twitter and LinkedIn). SPitch data protection provisions do not apply to data processing by these external providers.  Please note that, as a website provider, we do not receive any information from these external providers about the content of the data that is transmitted, or its use.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time and bring it into line with any new data processing procedures. This privacy policy was last amended on 15 April 2017.
