Spitch AG in partnership with the British Bankers’ Association (the BBA) held a webinar discussing  “Customer Experience: How can banks do better?”. It is the continuation of a series of events following the resounding success of earlier Spitch and BBA events. Voice technologies have a growing influence on all aspects of the banking industry around the world. The webinar gathered together experts from the UK and Switzerland with an international audience of bankers to share ideas about voice technology user experiences. Today, banks seek to minimize operational costs while offering a higher service level. Voice technologies provide assistance to achieve these objectives.

During this webinar industry experts discussed:

  • The capabilities of speech analytics technology within the context of CEM.
  • How companies currently use speech analytics to build a better customer experience and boost sales.
  • How one can take digital transformation and omni-channel management to the next level.
  • How different firms use speech analytics to better comply with regulatory requirements, avoid regulatory fines and compensation claims.
  • The speech technology roadmap in banks and how far it can take you now – Vision 2020.

01.jpgAlso the organizers conducted a poll aimed at determining the banking community’s interests. In reply to the question: «Which of the following triggered your interest to attend the webinar today?» the maximum number of votes went to «Customer Experience Improvement» (35.8% of the participants).

02.jpgIn reply to the question: «Which of the following would be most important to you when considering a Speech Analytics Solutions?» more than half of the participants  voted for System Output Accuracy (56.7%).

The webinar demonstrated a strong interest within the banking community in voice technologies, speech analytics, and voice biometrics. It was important to everyone to get an answer to the question “How can banks do better?”. In turn, the speakers showed how banks can do better using Spitch AG products, and what to expect from voice technologies in the future.
